Grandma's Chilled Watermelon Salad

1 (6 ounce) bundle strawberry-flavored gelatin blend
1 cup boiling water
1 cup bloodless water
3 cups seeded, chopped watermelon
1 (8 ounce) can overwhelmed pineapple, in juice
1 1/four cups chopped pecans, divided (optional)
1 (eight ounce) package deal cream cheese, softened
1/four cup milk
1/4 cup white sugar
