Flax Seed Wheat Bread

  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup complete wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

  • Grease a loaf pan with oil; dirt with 1 half teaspoons entire wheat flour. Place dough in pan; dirt the top with last whole wheat flour. Poke holes in the dough using a chopstick or make cuts with a knife.
  • Cover loaf pan with plastic wrap. Let dough rise until doubled in extent, approximately 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 450 levels F (230 degrees C). Place an oven-secure cup of water within the oven.
