Field Roast®, Onions, and Kale

  • three tablespoons olive oil, or as wanted
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 1 bunch kale, torn into small portions
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions :

Prep : 10M Cook : 4M Ready in : 32M
  • Slice sausage into thick chunks.
  • Coat the bottom of a skillet liberally with olive oil. Cook and stir sausage over medium heat till brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  • Drizzle a little extra olive oil into the skillet. Cook onions over medium-high warmth until just beginning to brown, about 15 mins. Add sausage and kale to the skillet, and cook dinner until kale starts offevolved to wilt, approximately 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
